Prefabricated Bed

Prefabricated bed is designed in such a way that it is easily assembled (and disassembled). The main bed components are two 25x50x1,25 mm P-profiles, on which screw threads are installed for attaching two 50 x 20 mm sized reinforcements and two side U-profiles, serving as a bed side. P-profiles also include eyelets for the attachment of slats that support the mattress. On 50x20 reinforcements, legs are attached by screw threads. PVC plugs are installed to legs from the bottom side.

Side U-profiles can be replaced with sides, which can be manufactured from rectangle-shaped or round tubes. This design does not require any additional reinforcements as sides are connected firmly enough by P-profiles.

Bed dimensions are adjusted to standard mattress sizes (in mm).

Folding Bed

Folding bed is composed of 2 P-profiles 25x50x1.25, which are curved in a shape that yields half of bed. Wooden slats carrying the mattress are placed on these P-profiles.Both P-profiles are attached to a hinge, which includes a support leg. Each P-profile includes another leg, attached to the hinge, which can be folded.

When no longer in use, a bed can be folded to take up less space. When folding, side legs must be folded first, until they reach the profile, then we continue to fold both support P-profiles.

Bunk Beds

Prefabricated Bunk Bed

Prefabricated bunk bed design allows for simple assembly (and disassembly). Main parts of bed frame include rectangle-shaped tubes and 4 P-profiles, which support the slats. The entire bed can be assembled with screws.

Separable Bunk Bed

Similar to prefabricated bunk bed, separable bunk bed can be entirely assembled by screws. However, this design enables the upper bed to be separated from the lower bed; consequently, they can be used as separate beds. This type of bunk bed allows for more than two storeys.
